We're headquartered in Nashville, TN; however, we work with clients around the globe. We’re looking for a Producer to help our team create engaging content for our clients from creative concept through delivery. The ideal candidate is creative, visionary, organized, and understands all aspects of production from development through final edits.

Objectives of this role

• Champion creative ideas in the pitching process to creative leadership and assist in developing on-brand and compelling creative for our clients.
• Serve as lead producer on video projects, execute creative direction, direct storyboard artists, interact and collaborate with the design team, direct video editors, audio/sound designers, and external vendors.
• Ensure success in all phases of video production including production timelines, tracking approvals, and ensuring clear and concise information flows internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine goals of the production, conduct research, and schedule production dates.
• Create call sheets, production schedules & production checklists
• Source and hire production crews and on-camera talent.
• Supervise and provide on-set direction for production crew and on-camera talent.
• Assist the production crew in all aspects of shoots, including camera/lighting/audio support and other related needs.
• Ensure production schedule is maintained.
• Monitor post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of all details and maintain detailed notes in the team’s project management tool, Asana.
• Work closely and daily with the internal creative team to deliver exceptional creative work.
• Meet regularly with the Project Manager to discuss project progress.

Required skills and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a producer on different sets and familiarity with cinema cameras, lighting, editing, and audio recording.
• Possess a strong creative perspective, flexibility, and an enthusiasm to jump in and learn new things.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be located in Nashville, TN

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
