The Product Manager within Togetherwork’s Nonprofit Group works across three software SaaS product lines to increase customer adoption and develop new revenue opportunities. By developing a deep understanding of our products and service offerings, you will gain a keen insight into the unique dynamics of nonprofit organizations and their missions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering requirements and developing user stories/specifications for new software features and enhancement of existing features
  • Liaise with leadership, marketing, sales, customer support and professional services to identify product needs and to communicate upcoming features
  • Work directly with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs
  • Creatively design product features that solve customer pain points
  • Manage product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with scrum teams throughout the entire product development life cycle
  • Coordinate with engineering to ensure features are on schedule
  • Work with customer support to prioritize bugs, defects and feature improvements originating from customers, and proactively communicate status
  • Define and execute customer product feature adoption strategies
  • Ensure new features and releases are properly tested
  • Establish systems for providing visibility into project process for key business stakeholders (senior management, sales, marketing, and professional services), as needed

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of software design and scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Atlassian product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Superior project management experience
  • Experience directing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to understand market trends and anticipate changes
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to plan and lead meetings with clear goals
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization across functional business areas

Major Pluses

  • Experience in working with or for nonprofit organizations
  • Ability to look at the data related to the product and use that data to provide insights and make decisions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

Northeast Preferred but open to US Remote: $ 90,000- $10000 USD per year
