Product Marketing Assistant Manager (Implant Product)

Responsibilities:

1. Implant Product Marketing

  • Establish short- and long-term product strategies and commercialization activities that grew sales and increased market share.
  • Identify new opportunities and ensured product delivery through initial market research, acquiring the VOC through clinical trial and testing, and created product road maps, budgets, and forecasts for timely delivery of development milestones.
  • Responsible for the planning, creative development, execution, and performance analysis of all product marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Training – Develop training materials and train the sales rep
  • Completes product launch plan for Implant related products at Hiossen, defines sampling, inventory, and sales forecasts.

2. Global Marketing Support

  • Be the subject matter expert for their brands, working closely with Osstem HQ and global subsidiaries to keep up to date on their needs and trends including price adjustment, pricing strategy and competitor market strategies and marketing material supplies.
  • Assist the global subsidiaries, accounting, logistics, and production teams to balance production capacity and export quantity.
  • Manage and distribute marketing materials upon the product availability and launch schedule from each global subsidiary.

3. Post-Market Clinical Follow up

  • Evaluate clinical evidence from clinical investigations, post-market surveillance, post-market clinical data, and be able to generate a report of these data
  • Interact with internal and international teams (engineering/marketing/regulatory) to gather information and ensure compliance of the clinical evaluation for new products
  • Product specification and version management

Requirements:

  • Be coachable and willing to learn and adapt quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant major is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google
  • Technical and detail-oriented and result-oriented
  • Can-do attitude and self-starter with ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
  • 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Associate/Analyst/Specialist
