Strive is hiring a Product Marketing Specialist to help us grow into the world’s premier asset management firm for everyday citizens. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the product, sales, and marketing teams to bring relevant insights, product updates and analysis to Wealth Advisors, Institutions, and individual investors. We are looking for someone passionate about financial markets, Strive’s mission, and working collaboratively across teams to deliver impactful sales and marketing information to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation and distribution of all Strive educational content that goes through our sales teams to wealth management, institutional, and individual investors.

  • Develop simple, easily digestible marketing content (predominantly in the form of powerpoint slides and memo’s) from many of the Wall Street Journal Op-ed’s, white papers, and TV appearances that Strive generates.

  • Create investment theses and product launch materials for new Strive funds.

  • Update investment theses and product materials as market conditions and Strive’s outlook changes.

  • Draft weekly emails to send to +100k investment professionals with Strive news and product updates.

  • Write custom emails based on regionally relevant news to send to targeted wealth management and institutional clients.

  • Research current trends and developments in fiduciary thought leadership and cascade relevant information to the sales and marketing teams.

  • Collaborate with our Corporate Governance team to produce reports and insights on Strive’s proxy voting and corporate engagement activities.

  • Develop marketing material to clearly explain Strive’s corporate governance voting and advocacy results that can be used to promote our Outsourced Shareholder Engagement & Proxy (OSEP) Voting business.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in developing sales and marketing materials for a financial firm.

  • A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Finance or relevant field.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.

  • Excellent communication and writing abilities

  • ”Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude and a team player who embraces change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to quickly learn industry advertising & communication compliance standards.

  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization.

  • Willingness to work from/relocate to Columbus, OH.
