We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Product Packaging & Production Coordinator - Private Label. The opportunity will be located at our offices in Delphos, OH and would report to the Marketing Services Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Proficient computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Navision and possess a willingness and ability to learn new computer programs/software. Experience or knowledge of BarTender label software a plus
• Attention to accuracy, detail and dedication to quality of work is essential.
• Must be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and possess a strong work-ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
• Ability to work well with others.
• Experience with packaging and labeling is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with various departments within the company, such as R&D/ QA, as well as outside vendors/ printers or design firms.
• Manages all Private label project and customer/designer communication.
• Manages all customer portals/paperwork that is specific to artwork and printer information.
• Utilize SAAS solution (SmartFlow) to upload/download and manage packaging artwork projects for all LVF branded items, so artwork proofs can be assigned and reviewed by regulatory for approval.
• Maintain accurate and detailed files/records as they pertain to artwork proofs and printed packaging and other marketing services projects.
• Coordinate the process of revised private label packaging changeovers in production utilizing ERP system (Navision) to monitor inventory levels and timing. Communicate with the Marketing Services, Purchasing and Operations teams as described in SOP 2.4.5.1.1
• Schedule and lead all private label New Item meetings with Production, R&D, QA and Purchasing.
• Maintain the new item by plant spreadsheet and send out weekly update to the team.
• Attend production meetings regularly to communicate information to the team.
• Various other tasks as assigned.
