Giant Food is Hiring immediately and we are looking for people just like you to come join our team at Giant Delivers in Hanover, MD, interview this week and start next week!!
This is not your typical warehouse job, we offer great pay, full time benefits and shifts that will fit your schedule!
Ability to make up to 20/hr
Get paid more depending on when and where your working inside the warehouse
4 Day work weeks consisting of 10 hour shifts
Overtime opportunities
Incentive bonuses
Employee appreciation
Full time benefits and 401K
Part time and Full time hours
Get in and go- hit your numbers and go home and still get paid!
Below are the shifts that are currently available
1st Shift: 7:00AM- 5:30PM
2nd Shift: 7:30PM- 6:00AM
3rd Shift: 10:00PM- 8:30AM
Below is how you can make the most amount of $$$ at Giant Delivers
Base rate: $14.50/hour
Differentials:
After 3PM-End of shift: Add $2.00/hr
Chill (32-36 degrees F): Add $0.75/hr
Deli (32-36 degrees F): Add $1.25/hr
Freezer (-15 degrees F): Add $2.00/hr
Dock: Add $2.00/hr
Weekends: Add $1.50/hr
Incentives: $1.25 - $1.90 may be added based upon attendance and productivity numbers
Raises:
After 90 Days Base Pay: $15.00
After 9 Months Base Pay: $15.25
After 12 Months Base Pay: $15.50
After 24 months Base Pay: $15.75
PLEASE NOTE: End times will fluctuate depending upon MANDATORY OVERTIME. Supervisors and/or Managers may post overtime hours during the shift, once these hours have been posted they are mandatory for all associates working that day.
There are three main warehouse positions available in the warehouse:
Receiving/Stocking
Product Selecting
Staging & Loading
Please keep in mind that each of these positions are interchangeable; it is required that warehouse associates are able and willing to work in all areas and temperature zones, depending upon business need.
Qualifications (the following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated):
Willingness to work
At Least 18 Years Old
Must Be able to pass drug and background check
Must be able to work in a refrigerator or freezer environment
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs throughout an entire shift
