Production Assistant Job at A Small Good LLC
Want to learn how to cure and smoke meat? At A Smallgood we make award winning dry cured and smoked meats. We specialize in re-imagining traditional techniques to create artisanal products from native and local ingredients. This is an entry level position. No exp is required. The Role is primarily focused on supporting the production process by packaging product for sale, assembling orders for shipping and cleaning but the opportunity to move into production and learn the craft of whole animal butchery, curing and smoking exits for interested candidates.
