PRODUCTION ASSISTANT Job at United States Senate
The Senate Republican Conference is looking for a Junior-Level professional to fill the role of Production Assistant. Candidates should have a strong interest in learning TV Production, editing, sound capture, video capture of press conferences, and design of virtual sets.
A strong interest in technology is required. Pluses are any previous experience with Photoshop, 3D modeling or Unreal Engine, videotaping, and video editing. The successful candidate will have a wonderful opportunity to be a jack-of-all-trades, learning nearly all aspects of running a TV and radio studio, as well as capture and distribution of media for press offices within the United States Senate. This position is in-office, and will require you to work directly with United States Senators on a daily basis.
Candidate should be detail oriented, able to work both independently as well as closely with others in a team environment, willing to learn, able to multi-task, be comfortable with deadlines, realize the importance of being on time, and able to communicate well with others on the phone, in person, and via email.
