LaborMax is currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our client's team in Marysville. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Job Title: Production - Warehouse (Packing/shipping, press, mixing operator, oven operator, and maintenance)
Job Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
Starting Pay/Salary: $18-$18.50/hr ($33,840-$37,440/yr adjusted for vacation & holidays)
Shift 8-10hr:
Days- 4am-12:30pm 5am-1:30pm 7am-3:30pm 8am-5:30pm Monday - Friday
Swing - 3:30 pm-12 am
Schedule: Days are tbd based on schedule need
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Marysville
We have a local warehouse production facility with over 100 years of operations under its belt needing reliable new team members to join them as they are adding more positions and shifts as they continue to grow. They have multiple different stages of their production floor with open positions on both day and swing shifts.
*They do certify forklift operators on site*

Requirements for the positions:
- Run production as instructed on a variety of machinery and equipment.
- Check work instructions to ensure accurate settings for the job
- Identify and locate proper material thickness and gauge.
- Visually inspect parts to ensure parts are within the defined specifications to meet quality standards before moving to the next station.
- Check product against plan using assigned gaging.
- Participate in activities to increase personal skill level, overall departmental processes, and product quality.
- Maintain organized and clean work area.
- Communicate all problems and other work-related issues with Supervisor or
- Lead.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and attendance requirements.
- Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others.
To qualify you must have the:
- Ability to communicate read and write in English.
- Pass a pre-employment background check.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen. (THC OK)
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Regularly Lift to 50 pounds.
- Wear PPE (Steel toe boots, safety glasses, gloves)
