Shift:
1st - 5:45am - 3:45pm
2nd - 3:45pm-finish
Responsibilities:
bull; Communicate with Shift Leader regarding Safety, product levels, quality issues, day-to-day challenges, etc.
bull; Prepare various products for shipment, including dough balls
bull; Wash various dishes and machine parts at the end of each shift
bull; Perform other duties as assigned.
bull; Perform daily, weekly and monthly sanitation tasks according to sanitation schedule
