Production Electrician Job at Farrel Corporation
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Electrician to join our team. This position is perfect for a motivated electrician with a trong background in electrical installation and troubleshooting of capital equipment. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install electrical wiring and other electrical systems in production on shop floor.
- Maintain and repair existing electrical appraturs, devices and circuits of any voltage on machinery
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of electric equipment.
- Assist erectors in assembly as well as otehr personnel needing help in the normal operation of the department
- Assemble, erect and test company equipment and machinery products as assigned.
- Dismantle, inspect, repair, adjust or replace faulty parts and wiring on motors, generators, power distribution and control panels, circuit breakers, rectifiers and electronic devices.
- Read blueprints and work orders to determine the proper way to install or repair an electrical system.
This is a union position.
