Production & Logistics Coordinator
The Production & Logistics Coordinator is the key Point of Contact (POC) between the Sales, Customer Support, purchasing, inventory and manufacturing teams driving Job Order Scheduling specific to meeting Customer delivery expectations. A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected.
Job Duties
- Interacts with departments and Management teams to supply production with inventory in a timely manner that see OTD of orders met
- Helps ensure QC metrics are obtained
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
- Responsible for logistics scheduling of incoming product
- Maintains first in first out mentality of inventory
- Communicates with Purchasing Manager issues relating to incoming product and inventory variances
Skills / Qualifications
- Competency within a storage and warehousing facility
- Exhibits leadership ability
- Skilled in Office 365 to the level of managing reporting expectations
- Ability to prioritize and execute daily work assignments
- Understanding of overall customer satisfaction expectations specific to on-time-delivery (OTD)
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of inventory systems management
- Ability to guide and lead teams of 5+ employees
- Willingness to provide a flexible work schedule
- All other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
