Production Management Opportunities Job at Kreider Farms
Kreider Farms, a large family-owned egg and milk producer/manufacturer in Lancaster County, PA, is currently looking to bring on some new management team members to learn our business and grow with the company.
We are looking for candidates who can oversee the management of the egg processing/packaging department or of our layer chicken houses along with providing direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to develop staff and maximize productivity.
Kreider Farms is looking for Managers who will be decisive, self-motivated, and results oriented. We need strong leaders and relationship builders who can develop an effective team. Strong problem solving, prioritizing, mechanical ability, and computer skills are required. Qualified candidates must have previous management experience, preferably in food manufacturing or in an agricultural/farm setting. Bilingual skills are helpful.
