This renowned business are at the forefront of innovation within their field and are known for looking after their employees. They are a small to medium size site in Kentucky that have the support and advantage of being part of an international engineering giant.
In this position you will oversee and manage the daily production and productivity goals and schedules whilst ensuring relevant health and safety standard are met. The Production Manager will ensure all equipment is in full working order and will also build production and personnel schedules. This role has direct reports including Engineering and Shift Leaders who will assist you in carrying out the production duties.
This is a great chance for a Production Manager with experience overseeing a small to medium sized production team to shape the bright future of a growing organization.
- Oversee and manage daily production and productivity goals and schedules
- Ensure all equipment is in full working order and build production and personnel schedules
- Direct reports including engineering shift leaders who will assist you in carrying out duties
- Train, develop and recruit into the production team
- Production management or senior production engineering experience
- Knowledge or background inside a mechanical manufacturing environment
- People management experience
