Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, is responsible for supporting/maintaining various production-related systems throughout Moroni Feed Company, including remote locations.

Essential Functions:

1. Works with the Maintenance Manager to maintain programs on local workstations

2. Works with the Maintenance Manager to maintain communication systems, including radios

3. Works with the Maintenance Manager to keep an accurate inventory of systems both hardware and software.

4. Maintains scales, printers, configuration, updates and repairment

5. Provides technical support and training for users of the above-mentioned systems.

6. Performs such other duties as may be assigned

7. Programs/Calibrates scales

8. Programs radios.

9. Programs/Calibrates/Maintain Thermal printers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Demonstrates ability to work well with others.

2. Self-motivated; ability to function without continuous supervision.

3. Ability to lift and properly move at least 50lbs.

4. Ability to exercise good judgments.

5. Ability to work safely and report safety hazards.

6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and networking.

7. Working knowledge of TCP/IP.

8. Ability to learn and teach a wide range of software application.

9. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

10. Must have good troubleshooting skills and the ability to function under pressure.

11. Must be willing and able to learn and apply new concepts.

Qualifications:

1. Must be familiarize with computer components and their functions.;

2. Must have good mechanical ability.

3. Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach.

4. Must have a valid current driver’s license.

5. Degree in Computers or equivalent work experience preferred.
