Summary:

Goldbelt Frontier is seeking a Program Analyst to collaborate with hospitals, healthcare coalitions, biotech firms, community members, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments, and other partners across the country to improve readiness and response capabilities. The Program Analyst will support all aspects of the scheduling, tracking, and receiving of products from specified vendors. The successful candidate will plan, direct, and coordinate the logistical custodial path of products and ensure final invoicing and delivery.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to operations
  • Creating and implementing data management collection techniques
  • Analyzing data to determine better ways to implement corporate guidelines while maintaining profit margins
  • Identifying program needs based on data collected and analyzed
  • Participating in strategic planning meetings
  • Ensuring that all changes in programs and outcomes are well documented
  • Performing data validation and implementing quality control measures to ensure the continued success of programs
  • Assisting with event coordination
  • Creating budgetary controls and financial management processes
  • Coordinates the flow of information between team members and other program personnel
  • Plans and maintains overall project schedules and prepares reports, briefings, and meeting minutes and produces specific project deliverables

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Firm understanding and experience of patient care operations and medical logistics best practices
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to calculate statistics like mathematical averages and percentages
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting
  • Adapt to changing technology
  • Ability to provide program management support such as planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Computer Science, or other closely related field)
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Possess the ability to acquire and maintain a CACard
