Program Assistant - MS9017 Choctaw Nation
Pay: $19.30 Hourly, Monday - Friday, Full Time
Weekly Earned Wages is an option for this position.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive benefits. You will report to the Children and Family Services Supervisor at the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Headquarters in Durant, Oklahoma.
Primary Tasks:
You will coordinate daily program activities and ensuring program requirements are met.
You will support administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
You will maintain accurate, confidential and up to date records per program requirements.
You will prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data.
You will compose, type, and share letters and correspondence.
You will perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
General computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Two (2) years of experience in program services or related
