Program Coordinator Job at Arrowhead West, Inc.
Description: Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Adult Life Skills and Retirement programs and facilitation of meaningful participation and community inclusion for clients enrolled in these assigned programs. Responsible for meeting CARF standards, KDADS licensing and other applicable legal requirements. Serves as an official channel of communication between Life Skills Instructors and the Program Manager. Manages staff as assigned.
Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school (60 hours of college credit) required or two years of relevant experience, preferably in an IDD day program, is required. At least six months of supervisory experience is preferred. Preference may be given to an applicant with a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience. Valid driver's license.
