Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position:
Program Coordinator, Temporary
Do you want to make an impact in disadvantaged communities? We are looking for a Coordinator for a program working to convert propane and wood burning appliances to electric appliances in disadvantaged communities in the San Joaquin Valley. The goal is to provide homes with access to cleaner more affordable energy and reduce household energy costs.
The Coordinator performs complex program support duties that include database management, data entry, extensive program documentation and record keeping, data research and compliance analysis. Work in this position requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-task orientation, excellent communication skills with subcontractors and customers, ability to work well under pressure, time management and leadership skills. This can be a home based, remote position but incumbent must reside in California. This is a temporary position expected to go through August, 2023.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in a professional office environment providing administrative and customer service support
- One year of experience coordinating projects
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in energy efficiency or home construction a plus
Salary Range:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
