Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a new Program Coordinator to join the team! In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers!
Your Responsibilities:

Update customer websites with new products and inventory

Execute website changes according to customer requests

Provide product suggestions to existing customers
-
Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Excel to complete tasks

Conduct analysis on current inventory on behalf of the customer
-
Increase customer satisfaction by answering any questions or concerns they may have regarding their order

Train customers on products
You Must Have:
-
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficient computer/technological skills
-
Previous customer service experience
We Also Prefer:
-
Previous experience using Salesforce
-
Strong Microsoft Excel experience
