Soccer Stars is the parent company of three premier children's sports development programs, holding over 1000 classes each week for early childhood, elementary, and middle school children. Super Soccer Stars team of over 200 full and part-time staff and teachers and coaches are committed to delivering the highest quality educational experience in over 250 schools, childcare centers, and facilities throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

The SSU Program Manager (NY-Metro) is responsible for overseeing the administration of our Advanced Soccer Program in the NY-Metro territory. This candidate will provide exemplary levels of program oversight, communication and administration across Soccer Stars United Programs in the NY-Metro region. The Program Manager will report to the Vice President of Soccer Stars.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a hands-on approach to program management to meet annual KPI's
  • Implement local marketing and sales strategies and campaigns to drive enrollment in camps and classes
  • Oversee seasonal operations to ensure high product standards and consistent enrollment patterns
  • Track and resolve escalated quality control issues and customer interface
  • Manage class details and administration on back-end system
  • Review trends to determine growth opportunities
  • Manage class and camp schedule to maximize class opportunity


Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role. Experience in education program or recreational program management is plus
  • Sports coaching or program administration experience is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Google G-Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Personable, customer service-oriented
  • Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
