Role Summary
The US Operations Program Manager is a remote role, responsible for the following core functions:
  • Supporting Regional patient access meetings by guiding leaders on focus the objectives, tracking progress and collaboration and sharing of information across all Regional activities to drive high access and quality common across GenesisCare USA
  • Planning, designing, and roll out of new processes for US Operations team to utilize
  • Coordinating and facilitating the weekly Division Executive (DE), Regional Leader (RL), and operations meetings.
  • Managing the TEAMS site to be sure all relevant date is uploaded to provide visibility across the US Operations Team
  • Tracking and monitoring division plans; reporting and managing progress
  • Supporting all quarterly US Operations Strategic Planning meetings (as required)
As the US Operations Program Manager, you are responsible for managing all key programs and projects that fall within the US Operations Team in the United States. Reporting to SVP, US Operations, you will be responsible for assisting all regions with application of executive leadership directives and supporting the regions on any change management efforts. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the US Operations Leadership is kept up to date on the key strategic initiatives of the business. The US Operations Program Manager role is critical to create structure for collaboration, identify and manage inter-dependencies and program risks, and maintain an outcome focus to ensure effective execution across a broad, multi-year strategic change program.
Reporting lines:
As the US Operations Program Manager, you report directly to the SVP, US Operations and support the DE’s in special task team efforts to support the improving the reporting and communication efforts.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Together with the Division Executives and Regional Leaders, undertake the core functions of the team including the identification and evaluation of opportunities; managing and tracking initiatives; reporting results and sharing successes
  • Development of a program structure that delivers on the core functions of the US operations team
  • Work within the strategic objectives of the US Operations Team and ensure the patient access program aligns with these objectives
  • Overall responsibility for the management of all aspects of the operational and strategic plans, ensuring that all key and allocated projects are delivered on time, in an organized manner, and within budget, including effectively managing risks and issues and maintaining strong communication to ensure all key stakeholders are kept up to date
  • Manage the performance and development of direct reports, when/if added
  • Key liaison with relevant external partners and consultants contracted to deliver within the US Skin and Benign Program
Your key working relationships:
As the US Operations Program Manager, you need to develop strong relationships with the following internal parties:
  • VP- Strategic Market Access
  • Center Leaders, Regional Leaders and Division Executives for Radiation Oncology
  • General Manager Strategic Market Development- Skin
  • Brand and Marketing Team
  • SoF Team
  • Corporate Strategy and Business Development Team
  • Corporate Shared Resource Groups (IT Marketing, Compliance, Legal, IT, Dosimetry, Physics, People and Culture)
Experience:
  • 10+ years’ experience in managing programs, preferably transformation and strategic service development programs with a proven history of reaching completion & achieving outcomes
  • Extensive working knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
  • A high degree of initiative and a flexible approach – comfortable with competing demands, ambiguity and change
  • Experience in managing change and working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure a program’s success – including a proven ability to bring teams and individuals along for the journey
  • Understanding of the sales and marketing channels available to promote program
  • Understanding of Referrer dynamics and the ability to build relationships and influence
  • Ability to do analysis on data and draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Relevant academic and / or proven work experience with clinical and commercial systems
  • Six-Sigma or other Process Improvement Certification a plus
