Program Supervisor Outpatient Program Job at Center for Human Development
The CHD outpatient clinics have been awarded several grants and are now seeking to develop community support services. There are three distinct positions the Program Supervisor would support are Case Managers, Recovery Support Navigators, and Recovery Coaches. This leader would work across the three sites, receiving referrals and dispatching community support staff to engage and support persons in the community. Community support services focus on linking persons to community resources to reduce the overall vulnerability by addressing barriers to care and community resources. The CSP Supervisor would also support the hiring of new staff, training and developing a sustainable program with the support of the Program Director.
This is a great opportunity for newly licensed clinicians who want to develop their leadership skills and build to program management. Weekly supervision would focus on professional development.
Candidate would be licensed: LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW.
Salary range
$56,000-$62,000 depending on experience and licensure
