The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills considering they will have exposure to all areas of the business, organization and the ability to managing multiple projects at once is essential. Ability to travel is essential for this role.

Role Overview
The role of Project Implementation Specialist will, under general direction, conduct business and systems analysis, manage feature scope, lead software and process design changes, and generate application documentation. Transformation Business Analyst will work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and be the technical liaison between the software development team and the business customers. The Transformation Business Analyst will be heavily focused initially on the roll-out of our new ERP which will include but not limited to learning the software and delivering key and end user training on site and remotely as well as working on various related project tasks to assist with the successful and efficient roll-out company wide.

Key Tasks Project Planning
  • Work closely with the PM on various projects
  • Initiate projects as described in the IT strategic plans, report progress at regular executive meetings
  • Undertake additional process improvements as required and report at regular executive meetings
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Project Management
  • Gain deep knowledge of each project for ease of execution
  • Heavily involved in user training and project roll-outs
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Project Analytics
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project
What you will do
  • Lead business and technical analysis sessions to support new development efforts to meet current and projected business needs
  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of clients organization and industry
  • Provide expertise on the systems capabilities/limitations as it relates to business goals
  • Prepare impact and opportunity assessments regarding to the cost/benefit or proposed projects
  • Prepare use cases and formal requirements documentation
  • Drive the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion
  • Assist/author the development of test plans
  • Assist/author the development of training and/or technical documentation
  • Act as a liaison between IT/Business Transformation and other business units
  • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in a similar business analyst role within a fast-paced organization
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and other PM tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Special Requirements
Travel (holds a passport in the event of international travel)- Travel up to 30-40% must be comfortable with this.
