So, what will you be doing?

In this role, you will support change related activity within the North America’s Pellet Operations Business, with a particular focus on projects set up to achieve the strategic objectives and meet operational requirements.

Your main responsibility will be execution of efficiency projects within the Sustainable Pellet portfolio, to improve cost of production and reduce carbon intensity per metric ton. You will work with operations and engineering teams to define the scope of work, budgets and benefits that feed the CAPCOM approval process and subsequent project execution. You will also support the PMO and overall portfolio of projects as required.

You will also work closely with Senior Management to ensure that business and group level reporting requirements are satisfied and that there is ongoing visibility of the change portfolio. You will establish and manage a process to capture management information and will present this data in a consolidated format highlighting key points for discussion and decision at relevant review meetings.

You will need to build an effective working relationship with all departments in the Production Chain from Fibre Sourcing to Terminal Load Out.

You will be required to travel between the Canada and US operations as required.
