Are you a Project Management Professional who can lead teams responsible for delivering complex solutions that meet the needs of a company’s most import Customers?
In this role you’ll be… pivotal in the delivery of professional services projects completed by the Packaging Intelligence Group at a regional level.
You’ll have an opportunity to … Build strong relationships with regional management, sales, implementation, technical support and project teams involved in the all activities associated to the delivery of the Packaging Intelligence Solutions.
You should possess… the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of organizations, be adept at assessing risk, managing difficult situations, negotiating, mitigating consequences, creating contingencies and delegating tasks. Must have the skills to manage all apects of diverse resources, and overall leadership acumen that a team responsible for creating a solution, conducting system performance tests, installing and commissioning the solution at a Customer’s site can rely on.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Project ownership, delivery and risk management from initial order through sign off of completion.
  • Central point of project communications, record keeping and project administration.
  • Driving projects to meet agreed scope and quality requirements, with full over site of the change management process.
  • Determine project costs and report performance to budget.
  • Frequent travel to deliver large projects to strategic Customers.

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • A four year degree in business management or industrial/software engineering discipline
  • Three to five years’ experience leading teams that implement integrated software and hardware solutions in a warehouse management system or automated production controlled environment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and Project tools.
  • PMP or equivalent Project Management certifications a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Project management: 1 year (Required)

  • Hardware/Software Integration: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
