Project Manager, AT&T (Remote)

Communication Technology Services, CTS, is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for mobile networks in the U.S. The company specializes in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for the mobile network operators, enterprise and venue owners and network infrastructure owners. We are seeking a Project Manager to support our growing business with AT&T.

The Role

The CTS Project Manager will be focused on managing a subset of projects within CTS’s AT&T portfolio. The candidate should be capable of building relationships at the national, regional and market levels with both the Customer and internal partners as well. Successful collaboration and the ability to drive various functional groups to deliver according to project budget and schedule will be key in this role. Additionally, the ability to interpret contract terms and apply them to the daily management of project progression is essential in this role.

Key functions of the CTS Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Learn and understand CTS - AT&T contract terms, project deliverables, system touchpoints, and overall rules of engagement with the different Program Teams.
• Collaborate with Local Market Teams to track incoming projects, in-flight project forecast/actual timelines and project completion milestones.
• Provide periodic updates to Senior Leadership regarding Project/Program status, jeopardy/risk situations, Customer satisfaction, etc.
• Act as National PMO liaison to ensure all applicable AT&T communication is expeditiously disseminated to the Local Market Teams, i.e. standards updates, new process requirements, AT&T Org changes, etc.
• Assist with internal CTS training:
  • CTS Employee Training & Mentoring
    • Internal AT&T processes
    • Tracking key program KPIs
  • Regular status updates to appropriate AT&T Personnel
  • AT&T Database Management Training
• Assist with Reporting
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
    • SiteTracker Dashboard & Project Tracker – Become familiar with the SiteTracker tool, it’s tracking functionality and learn the nuances between CTS internal tracking versus AT&T system tracking, thus allowing the Project Manager to effectively keep the Local Market Teams on pace with expected Customer commitments.
    
    

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven attention to detail.
• Track record of project coordination/management and ability to work with remote teams required.
• Experience with project management tools including scheduling, progress tracking and reporting applications.
• Demonstrable ability for prioritizing activities, time management and organizing group initiatives.
• Highly motivated and self-driven to complete tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including:
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

• Experience working with National and/or Regional Teams at AT&T, either as an employee or supplier/vendor.
• Demonstrated knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office tools including:
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Project
• PMP Certification or progression towards such certification.
• Experience coordinating/hosting internal and external conference calls and meetings.
