About the Job
The Project Manager will be a key contributor to a team that is tasked with Developing Control System Software and Hardware for our Aerial Work Platform Products. The role of the Project Manager is to initiate, plan, execute, manage and finalize control system projects according to defined requirements, scope, budget and schedule. In Redmond, WA or open to remote work.
In this position you will:
  • Lead the implementation of all assigned projects.
  • Develop project plans in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans and objectives.
  • Build support to influence decisions in order to ensure aligned work towards common objectives.
  • Manage internal customer expectations from initial opportunity identification and through the project lifecycle.
  • Develop processes to gain all required approval and signoff(s) of each project as necessary.
  • Develop root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
  • Maintain all project artifacts.
About You
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 5 years of experience in a Project Management role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
  • Experience managing software development projects
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira or Microsoft Azure management suite of products
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Power BI to manage projects and convey KPIs
  • Demonstrated experience developing and modifying process standards and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build relationships with department managers and supporting teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize work, manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrated process knowledge and skills in assessing and mitigating project and technical risks.
  • Demonstrated ability to inform and influence senior leadership, management and individuals in various parts of the organization to work toward successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a key member of a technical integration and implementation team.
  • Ability to develop, direct, motivate and gain the commitment of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate conceptual thinking into project definitions and requirements.
  • Experience making formal and informal presentations to cross-functional teams, including, senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Experience working with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
The salary range for this position is $86,400.00 - 145,000.00 USD and dependent on level.
