Project Success Leader (Project Manager)

Summit Energy is seeking a motivated Project Success Leader to provide our customers with impeccable service and WOW moments.

Pay Range: $45,000-$52,000/year (based on experience)

Location: Mansfield, MA / Chelmsford, MA / Concord, NH

***potential hybrid opportunity available AFTER POSITIVE 90-DAY REVIEW ***

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, NO overtime

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure projects are funded once completed
• Working and communicating with multiple departments to better understand status of each project
• Resolving any issues related to your projects
• Advancing projects through the process
• Customer relationship management
• Ability to manage up to 100 to 150 projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service experience (at least 2 years)
• Accounts/project management (at least 2 years)
• Outstanding problem solving skills
• Prioritizing multiple tasks assigned to you

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual
• Construction management
• Knowledge of solar energy and other renewables
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM, and Zoho

• Detail oriented and organizational skills

PSLs are eligible for a Quarterly bonus schedule up to $2,000 per quarter based on performance. There is $1,500 based on accuracy of the position, and up to $500 for positive customer reviews.
