We are interviewing professional, sales-oriented candidates with strong Assistant Manager skills for a Floating Property Specialist position. This position will cover vacant office positions in the Atlanta market and may be requested to travel to assist in markets in other states at times.

The ideal candidate is dedicated, sales driven, possesses proven leasing and Assistant Manager experience in the multi-family industry, is good with relationship building and accounting. Must possess excellent customer service skills, professionalism, detail oriented, strong with marketing and able to multi-task.

PROPERTY SPECIALIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Leasing Professional and has been cross trained on the Assistant Manager duties or possesses experience in both roles
• Experienced with virtual and in person community tours
• Superior marketing skills and proficient in all marketing programs such as social media, property website, LTS, SOCI & Modern Message
• Proficient in Yardi, Entrata, CRM & Yieldstar with the ability to use respective programs at assigned property
• Enthusiastic, Out-going and Professional
• Exemplary customer service skills, professional attitude and the ability to multitask and acclimate quickly to assigned property duties
• Continual personal and professional development through the attendance of industry and company sponsored training
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Other duties as required and assigned
