Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $19/hr+ DOE
Shift: M-F: 8am-5pm
Job Duties:
- Completion of work orders.
- Upkeep of the grounds and amenities.
- Ensure all equipment is in working condition.
- Ability to be on call
- Conduct electrical/plumbing/appliance repairs
Skills needed:
- Basic knowledge of equipment functions and appliances.
- Bilingual- Fluent in Spanish
- General maintenance experience required.
- Interior painting experience.
- Experience with turning units.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
