Magnolia Terrace Apartments Phase 1 and 2 Fort Valley, GA 31030
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain Magnolia Terrace Apartments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of building maintenance and repair, including a full understanding of building systems and an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take part in a broad range of hands-on activities, from assessing maintenance needs, to scheduling repairs, to completing projects and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Use the proper safety procedures for maintenance.
- Use the proper tools for maintaining equipment.
- Be able to communicate with other employees and tenants.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Use tools to make repairs and upgrades.
- Be able to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
