Job Summary
The position of Property Management Coordinator will act as a liaison between the property management department and property owners, assisting with monthly and quarterly billing for owners. Also provides administrative support to department manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Process monthly and quarterly rental and non-rental owners billing, including data entry and mail processing.
  • Data entry into PMS rental management software.
  • Maintain owner records, files, etc.
  • Prepare owner correspondence to include email, newsletter, announcements and other mailings, including facilitating on-boarding for new property owners.
  • Manage and increase functionality and value of Owner’s Portal to all users.
  • Maintain and manage data in Muni-Services utilities management software.
  • Assist owners with billing statement questions.
  • Review upcoming owner reservations.
  • Coordinate Property Owners Weekend to include scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, etc.
  • Update occupancy model on a monthly basis, including reporting to owners semi-annually.
  • Coordinate and track owner survey data.
  • Support Vice President of Property Operations as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must have ability to work with various personalities, both internal and external.
  • Must have clear written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Must have flexible schedule to include specific weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Power Point) preferred
  • Effective business writing skills (grammar, vocabulary, clarity and brevity).
  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work with computers, faxes, copiers, scanners and various other technologies in offices and on resort.
  • Maintains office, employee and company confidentiality at all times.
  • Dependable and meets goals.
  • Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company Core Values.
Education:
  • Associate’s degree in accounting and/or 2+ years of accounting experience preferred.
Physical & Other Requirements:
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Non-smoking candidates preferred.
