Property Manager Job at Hollyhand Companies
Hollyhand Companies is looking for an experienced Property Manager for a complex located in Phenix City, AL. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and energetic apartment manager. This position - Property Manager offers company benefits package.
Duties will include:
- Maintain optimum occupancy and operating income
- Produce excellent customer service
- Oversee ongoing marketing functions
- Generate and track various reports (rent rolls, occupancy, collections, resident files, etc.)
An ideal apartment manager should have at least 3 years of apartment management (or very similar) experience. Apartment manager candidate should have a basic understanding of Fair Housing, be computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, and prior use of OneSite is helpful. This apartment manager position will offer competitive pay and benefit package.
