Job Description:
The Property Manager carries the senior management position on site and is responsible for the overall management of the site including planning, marketing, leasing, budgeting, fiscal management, maintenance supervision and administration.
Responsibilities, Requirements & Skills:
- Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, social security card and able to pass a background check.
- Maintaining resident retention by marketing and leasing single family residential homes, by placing ads on social media, displaying flags and road signs, greeting prospects and showing homes.
- Conduct market surveys of the area competition and have constant awareness of neighborhood market conditions.
- Preparing lease agreements and make sure it is followed according to our company's policy and procedure and the governing state law.
- Timely collection of rent, making and recognciling deposits and familiar with the eviction process.
- Professionally communicate with corporate staff in meeting strict deadlines ensuring that all financial reporting, records and paperwork is performed correctly.
- Working with on-site maintenance staff to generate and see that work orders are completed in the time allotted.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace which includes sending and receiving company emails, maintaining data on Google Sheets and participating in Google Meet.
- Familiar with and uphold Fair Housing laws.
- Timely reporting of property loss and liability-related incidents.
- Supervising property staff to uphold consistent time and attendance and dress code.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
