Donaldson is looking for an exceptional Property Manager to oversee 569-unit residential apartments located in Alexandria, VA. A minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in residential property management is required. Applicant must have the ability to maintain property standards, maintain the property budget, supervise the office/leasing team of five (5) and oversee the maintenance department of six (6). Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leasing skills and being a team leader are required. The ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance are a must. Computer literacy is essential. Knowledge of windows-based software is required. General accounting and marketing experience are preferred. MRI experience is preferred.
