Overview:

Credence seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to work with dynamic proposal teams to support complex, document-intensive proposal efforts in pursuit of Federal Government contracts. The ideal candidate’s initial responsibilities will be to support a variety of proposal-related tasks, including document annotations, resume and project experience development, and editing.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with dynamic teams, appreciates a puzzle-like challenge to creatively find information, and is capable of writing and editing succinct content. Credence also desires an initiative-taking employee who applies an intense focus on details; is able to effectively communicate and collaborate within a large, fast-paced team; and who aims to grow their proficiency to eventually lead Federal Government proposals.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve in a support role, and later a management role, to produce timely, compliant, compelling, and deadline-driven proposals for a variety of Federal Government customers.
  • In a highly detailed manner, assist in analyzing proposal requirements; contributing to and understanding the high-level proposal strategy; creatively finding documentation to support responses to requirements to include evidence tagging (annotations) and narrative to justify proposed scores; synthesizing complex data to present a compelling and compliant story; and producing complex, streamlined documents.
  • Willing to work collaboratively to communicate and coordinate proposal activities in a dynamic team environment, to include being responsible for execution of assigned tasks.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Adobe/Adobe Pro to organize, tag (annotate), format, consolidate, and finalize submission documents for proposals to the Federal Government.
  • Provide copy editing and writing support.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • US Citizen with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three months to three years of professional experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent diligence focusing on detail, while understanding strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive attitude and interest in learning a broad range of new skills as part of ongoing career development.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to grow quickly in an organization.
