Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Windham Center) FT/64 PP Job at Springfield Hospital, Inc
Description:
The Nurse Practitioner will:
- Participate in the development and implementation of behavioral health interventions in a hospital setting to individuals and groups where applicable.
- Provide behavioral health consultation to all collaborating providers, including but not limited to primary care providers, emergency room providers, care coordinators, nursing staff, hospitalists and fellow behavioral health providers.
- Provide documentation and accurate information in the Electronic Medical Records system.
- Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary behavioral team, with set responsibilities.
- Participate in case reviews and clinical supervision.
There will be some flexibility in the number of hours per week. To be discussed during interview.
Requirements:- Two (2) years prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Doctorate of Nurse Practitioner (DNP) in Psychiatry
- Current Vermont APRN License
- New Hampshire APRN License (preferred)
