Responsibilities:

  • Data entry for invoices, sales order, PO into system. As well as entering reports for mangers review
  • Assist in any tasks pertaining to logistics, operations, and any other areas of the business as needed
  • Other office/warehouse tasks as assigned
  • Communicates with vendor/department head
  • Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
  • Ability to adapt to change working in a fast paced environment; work well under pressure
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet new and changing demands
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • General computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Quickbook)
  • Knowledge of and use of office equipment (E.g. fax, copier/printer, etc)
  • 1-2 years minimum office experience preferred
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Strong math skills
  • Can multitask and be a team player - works well with others
  • Mandarin speaking preferred

Pay: $17-20 /hr

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
