Responsibilities:
- Data entry for invoices, sales order, PO into system. As well as entering reports for mangers review
- Assist in any tasks pertaining to logistics, operations, and any other areas of the business as needed
- Other office/warehouse tasks as assigned
- Communicates with vendor/department head
- Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
- Ability to adapt to change working in a fast paced environment; work well under pressure
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet new and changing demands
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma
- General computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Quickbook)
- Knowledge of and use of office equipment (E.g. fax, copier/printer, etc)
- 1-2 years minimum office experience preferred
- Attention to detail a must
- Strong math skills
- Can multitask and be a team player - works well with others
- Mandarin speaking preferred
Pay: $17-20 /hr
