Ayvaz Pizza is currently looking for a personable and strategic Maintenance Technician to help us with our growth plans.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an integral member of the Maintenance Technical Team, this position is responsible for:
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, repairing leaking pipes, etc.
- Check control panels, electrical wiring to identify issues, and make necessary repairs
- Install appliances and equipment
- Conduct maintenance tasks from replacement of lightbulbs to repairing freezer units.
- Completing needed maintenance on HVAC units
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g., ventilation)
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Report to a facilities/maintenance manager for major issues (e.g., air conditioning, refrigeration units, etc.)
HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED:
· HVAC certification
· High School Diploma or GED
· Experience with schematics for electrical and refrigeration
HERE’S WHAT Skills & Knowledge YOU WILL NEED:
- Proven experience in maintenance trade
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responds to the needs of the restaurants in a timely manner
- Knowledgeable of prioritizing maintenance needs
