Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) Job at The Arc Mid-Hudson
The Arc Mid-Hudson has an exciting full-time opportunity in our Intermediate Care Facility (Palmer Center) as a QIDP who facilitates case management oversight.
We are seeking an experienced human services professional who will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring program participation for the people we support, ensuring that their plans of care are followed. This role is expected to work with a diverse interdisciplinary team as well as families and advocates.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and writing skills. Professional and compassionate interpersonal skills are a must. Previous experience working with medically frail and/or geriatric populations would be a plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, with a minimum of one year of experience supporting people with disabilities, is a requirement.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology or a related field is required
- Minimum of one year of experience supporting people with disabilities is required
- Experience working with the medically frail or geriatric population is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.84 - $21.83 per hour
