This position will assist the Quality Assurance Manager with Quality Assurance duties outlined below:

1. Auditing Records: Responsible for working with the QA Manager to ensure that all PCS policies and government mandates are being followed accurately, are current, and meet or exceed minimum requirements.

2. Reports: Responsible for running reports and effectively translating, communicating, and documenting the findings of any deficiencies in identified areas.

3. Training: Provide training and re-training of PCS staff to ensure compliance with PCS Standard Operating Procedure, PCS Policy, and government mandates.

4. Incident Reports: Ensure that incidents are reported in a timely manner; to clarify and accurately respond to incidents.

5. Protocol/Safety Plan Reviews: Responsible for auditing all protocols and safety plans.

6. Relationship Management: Learn and manage complex relationships with PCS Staff, State and Federal contacts, Community Developmental Disability Programs, interested community members, and any other government agencies.

7. Office Management: Manage phone calls, walk-ins and meetings, emails, text, ability to observe efficient time management, and attend assigned meetings.

  • Works well with group problem solving situations
  • Efficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
  • Relates effectively with Individuals-Served/families, staff, and community partners
  • Handles crisis situations effectively and ethically according to Premier Policies and Government Mandates
  • Writes clearly, timely and accurately, including report writing, record keeping, and other documentation
  • Effectively manages time by prioritizing, planning, scheduling work activities, ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Anticipates future changes and creates plans to best fit the situation

Requirements:

1. Associates Degree Preferred

2. 1 year in Human Services Preferred

3. 1 year working with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Preferred
