Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Target Duration/End Date: July 2024

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Responsible for performing quality audits, quality assurance reviews and functional testing on data variables, and vital events system functionality

· Design and implement effective system testing and QA strategies involving the multiple data sets from multiple data systems to ensure overall system functionality

· Examine and identify structural necessities by evaluating operations, applications and programming

· Create, execute and document all needed SCRUM testing and data quality performance test scripts, testing outputs and timelines

· Oversee data migration from all related birth and fetal death legacy systems, such as the Statewide Perinatal Data System, to new solutions to ensure functionality as intended

· Monitor system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features

· Educate staff through training and individual support

· Respond to system(s) problems in a timely manner

Education:

Bachelor's degree. And at least four years of relevant experience

Skills and Experience Requirements:

· At least four (4) years of experience providing management and control of the quality assurance processes

· At least four (4) year of experience with tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance

· At least two (2) years documenting new and existing processes

· At least two (2) years conducting testing of a system to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
