Quality Assurance Specialist
Saint Edward, NE
Job Function:
This position will be responsible for collaborating with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards and assisting other departments in all aspects of quality assurance.
Essential Functions:
- Provides support for the Sales Team and Listings Department in performing quality checks and corrections.
- Works with District Managers, Territory Managers, and ISR’s (Independent Sales Representatives) regarding listing quality.
- Maintains electronic and paper file information and systems.
- Conducts weekly pre-auction quality assessments in accordance with Company quality standards.
- Complies Quality metrics and reports.
- Demonstrates understanding of the training content and implements training day-to-day work activities.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in related field, preferred, or combination of education and work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of agricultural equipment, their components, and operation; and experience in quality preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Always maintain valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and other applications used by the Company.
