Job Description: Quality Control/Quality Assurance Technicians work as a cohesive team to ensure that company and customer quality and safety standards are consistently met. Basic position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conduct and maintain pre-operational inspection reports
• Conduct and maintain environmental swabbing schedules
• Ensure compliance to federal and state food safety laws
• Ensure compliance to company standards and specifications
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
• Perform food safety inspections across all stages of production
• Perform quality checks on finished product (inline and retains)
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency to management staff

Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in cold and wet conditions
• Ability to work in a loud environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
