Quality Data Analyst Job at FETTER HEALTH CARE NETWORK INC
Description:
Maintain effective relationships with clinical stakeholders and assist in identifying information systems needs and related informatics methodologies as related to information systems;
Utilizes the knowledge and skills of clinical practice to determine clinical functions that are suitable for the EMR application;
Assist with managing all eCW-related inquiries and help desk troubleshooting for the agency. Escalates end user support through eCW's help desk ticket management when necessary.
Assist with backend administrative support and troubleshooting of all clinical, administrative, and financial software programs for the agency.
Conducts on-going monitoring of timely and accurate data entry through reports and regular audits by staff to ensure data quality and accuracy and has responsibility for high quality data collection and reporting.
Works with management to implement and maintain policies and procedures related to data-management; monitors data-collection practices to ensure data-quality goals are met.
Troubleshoot, problem-solve and support staff with technical difficulties related to data entry for results.
Orients relevant employees to reporting functions available within EHR
Ongoing staff trainings, written guides and in-person support on data collection, data entry and advanced reporting features.
Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials on Data and EHR-related subject matter
Participate in data analysis, report writing, and communication of company-wide results with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare various reports for funder and grant requirements. Supports internal and external research studies
Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes and standards
Keep current on the development of hard and software products and systems to advise leadership on changes and improvements for data management.
Engage and partner with third party vendors, IT and other parties as required. Assist with appropriate and successful bridging between EHR data systems and vendors.
Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as needed
Create and produce reports to management and staff, upon request that aid in improving the quality and efficiency of care provided at Fetter Health Care Network.
Update and maintain clinical dashboards in Azara, Feedtrail, and other programs as needed.
Ensure all information systems are consistent with professional standards of a clinical practice;
Monitor clinical dashboards for Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs and work to implement recommended clinical process associated with RPM programs.
Conducts trainings and presentations effectively and professionally, supports the quality department needs through the development of information systems, methods and processes to enhance direct care, while meeting informational needs of the organization.
Participate in team meetings with the quality team and members of the other departments as scheduled;
Work cross-functionally to coordinate EMR special updates and new version upgrades;
Monitor the use of optimization and change management to assist in the strategic direction of our EMR;
Maintains strong industry, process and product knowledge, paying particular attention to: (I) eClinicalWorks trends and issues; (2) Quality Improvement Programs; (3) Patient Centered Medical Home program; (4) Meaningful Use; (5) organizational policies and procedures related to clinical practice and the legal implications of the electronic medical record;
Works effectively with all levels within the organization. Establishes strong relationships at all levels.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required in informatics-related field, healthcare, human services, or business field. Master's preferred in Health Informatics, Public Health, Human Services, or Business Administration.
Strong computer skills across an array of software platforms
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in program implementation, operations, and fiscal management.
Electronic medical records experience strongly preferred.
Some exposure to billing/data analysis.
Prior FQHC or health care experience preferred.
