The Quality Data Systems Manager will own existing digital quality data systems (Pilgrim, SAP etc.) and develop and establish a digital quality data roadmap to improve performance visibility and drive continuous improvement programs in partnership with product development, manufacturing and IT. Make company-wide recommendations to executives and key stakeholders and implement new digital quality data systems.

Ways you will make a difference

  • Lead the implementation of the Company’s Quality Data Systems. (SAP Quality Module).
  • Designs and maintains quality scorecards across the organization, ensuring information is reported accurately and in a timely manner. Performs trend analysis on quality data to support rapid issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action plan development that will eliminate risks/defects, lower cost of poor quality and enable continuous improvement.
  • Establish well organized priorities for yourself and ensure team and peers understand expectations of the priorities, risks, and tasks. Provide regular feedback and timely updates.
  • Convert manually entered data into an Automated Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Analyzes data to validate or show deviations from existing standards.
  • Recommends modifications to existing, or suggests new standards, methods, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Food Safety, Global Supplier Quality, Innovation Quality Regulatory and Consumer Affairs to release platforms related to their business units.
  • Support the develop and implementation of the quality organization training strategy and procedures
  • Compile monthly facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and create trending reports
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and best practices within the quality management system

  • Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems such as SAP Quality Module, Pilgrim, Nexus, Intelex, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and manage time.
  • Self-starter. Motivation and ability to create solutions, drive recommendations and work independently.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of GFSI/GxP requirements for quality systems (food, drug and device).

Experiences that will support your success

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience working in food/pharma industry. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on and strategic experience utilizing Quality Module Management systems.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
