How do you fit in?

  • As a Quality Inspection Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to ISO 9001 and SQF FSC 27 / HACCP Food Safety Principals. conduct full inspection checks during each shift and department in regards to work order, label information, packaging, control sheets, visual, dimensional, cavitation, line speed, etc...
  • You will also sign off on Control Sheets indicating completion of the inspection check and record any other findings as applicable. Inform Quality Manager, Specialist or Set-Up Persons of any discrepancies. Follow “Control of Nonconforming Product” flow chart process as needed. Conduct start-up inspection according to Work Order Instructions and Inspection Procedures/Control Sheets as required. Perform product testing, for example, color, flex, final testing as required and enter statistical data into computer and generate SPC charts, as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hand dexterity to operate machinery; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift up to 10 to 25 pounds. The employee will be exposed to frequent bending, stooping and climbing.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is seasonally and moderately exposed to humid conditions and heat. The noise level in the work environment is loud.
