JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall administration of the Non-Conforming Material System (NCMR), and acts as a SAP’s SME’s in Quality related topics.
Incumbent also support the administration and monitoring of the Change Control and Deviations Records as well as Validation and Test samples inventory for timely disposition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
NCMR’s System Administration:
- Responsible for leading NCMR’s System’s activities including coordination/management of overall impact analysis, and disposition execution.
- Works with the Quality Leadership and Quality Operations personnel to ensure that all required documentation related to NCMR’s systems activities related are in compliance with the established procedures and work instructions.
- Trains Quality Personnel in the process for documenting the Non-Conformances System in NWQS
- Support the investigation process of non-conforming material activities.
- Responsible for periodic NCMR’’s Metrics and trending reports distribution to Management, such as: JOS Meetings, MRB Meetings, Monthly Operational Review and Management reviews
- Analyzes NCMR’s system trends including the need to escalate to the CAPA System
- Participates in MRB meeting to ensure proper disposition of non-conforming material
- Coordinates NCMR’s related material disposition, including Scrap authorizations disposition and resolution.
SAP SME’s:
- In collaboration with the Training Team, helps with the SAP’s System User training process for the Inspectors and Quality Technicians
- Monitors and follow up outstanding SAP’s Inspection Lot’s and Change Notifications towards execution and closure.
- Monitors and follow up with Work cells, Mold/Items holds in SAP’s until proper resolution
Others:
- Monitors and follow up compliance to Change Control Plans and Deviations to ensure timely completion and closure.
- Monitors and follow up disposition of Validation’s & Test Samples inventory for timely disposition
- Participates as part of the Internal Auditors Team
- Complies and follows all company procedures, rules, safety and health and regulatory policies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering discipline
- One (1) year of experience in quality related or engineering field in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
