We are looking for a full-time Radiologic Technologist to join our team. We are offering a $5,000.00 signing bonus!

Proliance Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is an established premier group of orthopaedic surgeons with locations in Bellevue, Issaquah, and Redmond that specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of general orthopaedic conditions and sports injuries, in addition to conditions requiring more specialty-focused care.

Position Summary

This full-time Radiologic Technologist position is for our Issaquah, Bellevue and Redmond locations, supporting our growing clinics as well as our expanding ASC. Radiologic Techs work as a team with our Imaging Aides to serve our clinical patients and individually to assist our surgeons in the OR and procedure rooms with fluoroscopy. This position reports to the Radiologic Tech Lead. Applicants should be strong team players, always putting patient care first. Full-time hours are Monday-Friday, variable shifts. Evening and Saturday shifts are available as well!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Our Radiologic Technologists are expected to perform position-related duties that include, but are not limited to:

Strong knowledge of Musculoskeletal positioning and detail to image quality

Strong Patient Care skills, professional and self-motivated

Ability to work in a fast pace environment, independently and with a team

Perform radiographic procedures, both diagnostic and C-arm.

Operating GE & Fuji DR X-Ray and C-arm equipment.

Utilize GE PACS and NovaRad PACS

EPIC RIS.

Strong collaboration with our clinical staff and ASC OR Team.

Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance procedures.

Travel to other clinics may be required

Other tasks as assigned by management.

Education/Experience/Skills

Education/Experience

Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology school &/or college

Applicants must be AART Registered

Prefer ASRT Member as well

Current Washington State Licensure required

3-4 years of experience preferred but not required.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook.

Experience with EMR, particularly Epic. Training is offered on-site.

Experience with Fuji & GE DR is preferred but not necessary.

OR Experience is preferred. Training is offered on-site.

Sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Adjusting x-ray equipment, pushing, pulling, gripping.

Assisting with patient transfers and with limited weight bearing patients.

Ability to assist 1-2 others in safely lifting patients up to 180 lbs. following safety protocols, industry standards and using OSHA approved equipment.

· Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard.

· Working 40 hours per week. Some responsibilities may require longer work hours in order to complete assignments.
